Discussing and listing what created success, and then when I asked “If we were to go through this challenge again what would you as a group and individuals continue to do to be successful?” they had counter-examples to utilize.

I realized today that sometimes I get wrapped up in trying to prove that team building activities are more than fun. While arguing the learning, the fun can be removed from the initiative. It is alright to have fun!

Interaction between team members and sharing of skill sets reinforces positive beliefs and knowledge we have about ourselves and other people. Too often teams NEVER share and discuss the good skills and talents they posses.
