The Lycra tube in this video is currently one of my favorite team building initiatives to lead.
This video is a short glimpse into the programming the was facilitated for Buffalo State Colleges’ Executive student board.
The goal of the Lycra Tube was to
a) wake them up after lunch
b) establish empathy and trust
c) for team members to be present and accountable for other team members as well as themselves
team building NY. Buffalo State College Students going through a leadership and trust development program.
