My palms went sweaty just watching this video.

The idea of taking one challenge Free Soloing – rock climbing without any fall protection devices. With Base Jumping – jumping from a fixed location Building, Antennas, Spans, and Earth. Combing them to develop a new choice.

As leaders you are probably not free soloing or base jumping – and you are taking risks.

Thoughts and Questions to consider;

  • What challenges can be combined to form a greater result?
  • How much risk are you willing to take to be a legend?
  • Which risk factors can be adjusted to allow for success in your challenges?
  • In what ways might you manage / lead a team member like Dean Potter?
