YOU can never rise to a challenge! all that can happen is a default to what you know.

If all you know about being a leader is yelling and fist slamming; when challenged you will yell and slam your fist.

Once you discover ways to develop teams, properly match others and your capacity with skills and values + commitments – then you are ready for leadership.
