		<description>Dave - yes our behaviors and focus have been trained to find faults. Performance reviews are a time to explore performance. The area of concern with those are that the feedback and evaluation system is too slow to inform the person how they can do good work. Decreasing the feedback loop and clarifying expectations will work to lessen the negative effects and surprises of performance reviews.</description>
