We all walked away with a better understanding of what a “team” can be, how important communication is between people, and realized when pursuing a common cause or goal, having teammates to lean on makes the task at hand achievable.

Using DiSC for team development has its application. Creating a shared language for team behaviors then exploring the system-that-drives those behaviors increases team effectiveness. DiSC Perception can be the catalyst to that team development.
