Here are some photos and memories of my time with Fulton-Montgomery Community College. This is an amazing place located Near the Adirondack Park of New York State – between Syracuse NY and Albany NY.

At the conclusion of the Exponent Coaching Relationship with Sharon:
Interviews and observations showed increased collaboration amongst the various departments and age groups of the agency. The younger staff felt heard and respected, the mature staff felt proud to share their experience and learn new techniques and ideas.

I had the absolute pleasure of serving Gamma Phi Beta from the University of Rochester New York. These ladies were smart, fun, dedicated and focused.
Developing skills in team building, effective listening & communication. With the outcomes of;
People’s awareness of the team and their own preferred style for communication and information sharing.
Getting to know others better.
Developing techniques and tools to openly discuss best practices and methods for personal as well as advancement within Gamma Phi Beta.
Strengthened bond and feeling of belonging of all Gamma Phi Beta Sisters.
Personal accountability steps for each person to take for the betterment of Gamma Phi Beta.

I realized today that sometimes I get wrapped up in trying to prove that team building activities are more than fun. While arguing the learning, the fun can be removed from the initiative. It is alright to have fun!
It is acceptable and effective to have fun at work and training.
