Occasionally I create a Team-Building program agenda that is good enough to share. Below is the Day-1 ‘Kick-off’ program to 4 months of work I will be doing with an IT Leadership Team. Co-Developed a ‘Standard Structured Problem Solving’ model, that will be used in throughout the company.
Each Senior Managerial-Leader, used the Standard Structured Problem Solving Model to 1. Determine what they needed to innovate; 2. Work with others to coach and be coached through the steps; 3. Develop 3 possible solutions; 4. Create feedback and accountability to test, iterate, and institute the solution (or variation of) that works.
