Q: Where is Create-Learning-Team Building Located?

A: Currently we are located in Buffalo New York, we have worked with, ran, and traveled to lead Teambuilding programs all over Western New York & North America.

Q: Does Create-Learning-Team Building travel to our location?

A: Create-Learning-Team Building will come to your organization and group anywhere in the World. We coordinate our own travel and lodging arrangements. Additional fees are included for travel. If you would like to utilize a ropes-course facility Create-Learning-Team Building knows and has contacts at several excellent facilities. Although, Create-Learning-Team Building does not need a ropes-course facility to run the programming, we have facilitators who are highly trained for ropes-courses, should this best serve your groups needs.

Q: Who are your facilitators?

A:Michael Cardus is the primary TeamBuilding and Team Training Facilitator. Mike has an extensive network of Organizational Development consultants, Human Resources Professionals, College Professors, and Outdoor Education Specialist - that collaborate with the Team Building and Team Training Programs.

Q: How much time does Create-Learning-Team Building need to plan a team building program?

A: Some clients contact us 6 months in advance, some contact us 2 days in advance. We recently ran a team building program for a large engineering company that contacted us on a Saturday for a program on Wednesday. Create-Learning-Team Building arrived and ran an amazingly smooth and educational Teambuilding/Conference Energizer program. Contact us now and let us know how we can serve your organization.

A:Yes, we are happy to provide any organization with a team building and team training proposal free of charge. Additionally, after a pre-assessment, a quote for the fee of the program will be provided. Contact us to arrange a meeting time to discuss your team building and team training program.

Q: What is the smallest and largest group that Create-Learning-Team Building can facilitate?
